Wu Yaoyao said that at present, there are many kinds of cement grinding systems, and different forms of grinding equipment and different functions of powder concentrators are arranged and combined to form cement grinding systems with different characteristics, which requires cement enterprises to make a comprehensive evaluation of the market, mixed material resources, capacity demand and other factors, tailor-made technical reform programs, and improve them. Only in this way can goal of energy saving and consumption reduction of cement grinding system be realized to the greatest extent.

Wu Yaoyao said: "The transformation of cement grinding technology should be in the direction of low-carbon cement."

At present, the view of making full use of industrial waste slag with cementitious activity such as steel slag and water granulated slag to replace part of clinker is in line with the development idea of green and low-carbon cement. There are various kinds of industrial waste slag, taking steel slag as an example, its mineral composition, metal content, free calcium oxide, free magnesium oxide and other components have brought certain constraints to the deep utilization of steel slag in the cement industry. On the basis of ensuring the quality of cement, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on different kinds of industrial waste slag and combine grinding system innovation according to local conditions. Only in this way can we make full use of the activity of industrial waste residue and promote the green and low-carbon development of cement.

As the cement industry will soon be incorporated into the carbon emission system, Wu Yaoyao believes that cement grinding will become one of the main directions to help the cement industry reduce carbon emissions in a short time, especially in optimizing the utilization coefficient of clinker, so the energy-saving technology reform of cement grinding should be more targeted.

In recent years, the domestic cement industry has done a lot of work in energy saving and technical transformation, and some of the technical level has been in the forefront of the world. Wu Yaoyao said that the innovation of cement grinding system in the future should aim at the best exertion of cementitious activity of materials, and realize the green and low-carbon development of cement by means of separate grinding, blending and homogenization.
