Recently, Shaanxi Province announced the fourth batch of green manufacturing list. Among them, 93 green factories, 16 green design products, 5 green industrial parks, 4 green supply chain management enterprises, Tongchuan Yaobai Special Cement Co., Ltd. Jidong Cement Tongchuan Co., Ltd. was selected as the fourth batch of green design products and the fourth batch of green supply chain management enterprises in Shaanxi Province. In order to improve the green manufacturing system, comprehensively promote green manufacturing, and help the industrial sector achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization, our department organized the recommendation of the fourth batch of green manufacturing lists in Shaanxi Province. The fourth batch of green manufacturing lists in Shaanxi Province were determined through self-evaluation by declaring units, evaluation by third-party evaluation agencies, recommendation by local industry and information departments, expert review and evaluation, online publicity, and deliberation at office meetings. Among them, there are 93 green factories, 16 green design products, 5 green industrial parks and 4 green supply chain management enterprises (see Annex 1-4 for details, ranking in no particular order), which are now published. The competent departments of industry and information technology of each city (district) are

requested to actively study and promulgate supporting policies, create a policy environment conducive to the full implementation of green manufacturing, and strengthen the follow-up guidance and dynamic management of green manufacturing enterprises or parks; Green manufacturing list units are encouraged to continue to carry out green low-carbon upgrading and transformation, publicize advanced experience and practices of green manufacturing, and accept public supervision.
