23, Tianshan Stock Company issued the Announcement on the Election of the Chairman of the Board, the Adjustment of the Members of the Special Committee of the Board of Directors and the Appointment of Senior Managers, saying that the board of directors of the company received a written resignation report submitted by Chang Zhangli, the chairman of the board of directors of the company. Chang Zhangli applied to resign as director, chairman, member of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee and member of the Strategic Committee of the eighth board of directors of the company.
