Recently, the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Hebei Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment issued a notice on how to do a good job of cement peak staggering production in 2023-2024. The implementation time of cement peak-shifting production in 2023-2024 is adjusted to November 1, 2023 to October 31 , 2024, and the heating season is unified from November 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024. The annual peak staggering days are 150 days, including 120 days in the heating season and 30 days in the non-heating season.
At the same time, cement enterprises are encouraged to achieve Grade A environmental protection performance, and cement enterprises with Grade A environmental protection performance implement differentiated incentive measures for peak staggering and kiln shutdown time for clinker production lines.
In order to actively respond to the national environmental protection policy and implement the concept of green and low-carbon development, China Cement Network will hold the "2023 Cement'Double Carbon 'Conference and the 10th China Cement Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Exchange Conference" in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, from September 12 to 13, 2023.
