On December 31, Amadon announced that the company had signed the Investment Agreement for Ultra High Definition Electronic Glass Production Project with the People's Government of Yunxi County, and planned to invest in the construction of a high-end electronic glass production line with an annual output of 15 million square meters, a high-aluminium electronic glass production line with an annual output of 1100 square meters and a high-end electronic glass production line in Yunxi County. The project is planned to be located in the North Industrial Park of Yunxi County, covering an area of about 500 mu, with an estimated initial investment of 2 billion yuan, which still needs to be submitted to the shareholders'meeting for approval.
The announcement shows that the project will be inherited by an independent legal person project company newly registered by Changzhou Amadon Co., Ltd. in Yunxi County, and relevant supplementary agreements will be signed subsequently. The signing of the Project Investment Agreement aims to give full play to the resource advantages of all parties, further improve the company's industrial chain layout in the field of optoelectronic display, optimize the product structure, and enhance the company's core competitiveness in the field of consumer electronics.
