Shandong Huapeng announced on December 31 that the company intends to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shandong Huapeng Shidao Glass Products Co., Ltd. (Tentative name, ultimately based on the company name registered by the industrial and commercial department), with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, accounting for 100% of the registered capital. Its business scope includes the production and sales of daily glass products and the import and export business within the scope approved by the approval certificate of self-operated import and export rights; and the development of relevant technical consultation and technical services (the final business scope shall be subject to the approval of the industrial and commercial administration).
