Recently, the official website of Zanhuang County Government of Hebei Province published the announcement of the environmental impact report of Zanhuang Jinyu Cement Co., Ltd. for the technical renovation project of 4000 tons of cement clinker per day before approval.
The Announcement publicizes the environmental impact of the 4000t/d clinker technical transformation project of Zanhuang BBMG Cement. Zanhuang BBMG Cement Co., Ltd. was established in 2008 and is located in the south of Hebei Zanhuang Economic Development Zone, southeast of Wangjiadong Village, Xingguo Township, Zanhuang County. In the existing plant area, there are two 2000t/d cement clinker production lines (Line 1 # and Line 3 #), one 4000t/d cement clinker production line (Line 2 #), one set of 15MW and 6MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation systems, and three cement preparation and production systems. It has an annual production capacity of 2.596 million tons of cement clinker and 2.842 million tons of low-alkali high-quality cement.
Among them, 2 # 4000t/d cement clinker production line has the capacity of co-disposal of 300t/d domestic waste, 100t/d sludge, 100t/d comprehensive solid waste and 25000t/a hazardous waste. 3 # 2000t/d cement clinker production line has the capacity of co-processing 5000t/a hazardous waste. The enterprise has one limestone open-pit mining area and one quartz sandstone open-pit mining area.
In accordance with the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (implemented on January 1, 2019), Zanhuang BBMG Cement Co., Ltd. intends to submit the Environmental Impact Report on the Technical Transformation Project of Zanhuang BBMG Cement Co., Ltd. with a Daily Output of 4000 Tons of Cement Clinker to the competent department of ecological environment for approval, and now the environmental impact report and public participation statement are publicized.
