Hunan Loudi Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology held a conference on peak-staggering production of cement industry in 2023

22, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Loudi City, Hunan Province, organized a conference on peak-staggering production in the cement industry of the whole city in 2023. Liu Jianbin, a member of the Party group and deputy director, presided over the conference. The heads of the relevant departments of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Loudi City and the Bureau of Health and Environment of Loudi City, and the deputy directors in charge of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Lengshuijiang City, Lianyuan City, Shuangfeng County and Xinhua County (Section). The responsible persons of four cement enterprises, including Hunan Conch, Lianyuan Conch, Shuangfeng Conch and Lengshui Jiang Huaxin Cement , attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Municipal Bureau of Health and Environment respectively made arrangements for the peak staggering production of the cement industry in 2023, and interpreted the relevant policy documents. The deputy director in charge of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the relevant counties and municipalities (departments) and the responsible person in charge of the enterprise conducted in-depth exchanges on the promotion of peak staggering production in this year and the upgrading and transformation of cement enterprises in the next year.

Finally, Deputy Director Liu Jianbin affirmed the work done by the four cement production enterprises in recent years to implement the requirements of peak staggering production in the cement industry during the special protection period of air pollution in Hunan Province, and asked the four cement enterprises to actively strive for preferential policies for differentiated peak staggering production. In accordance with the requirements of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Provincial Department of Health and Environment for peak shifting production of cement in 2023, the county and municipal bureaus of industry and information technology are required to strengthen supervision to ensure the implementation of peak shifting production in the cement industry in 2023, so as to contribute to the improvement of air pollution and air quality in the whole city.
