The consortium of China Railway Construction Bridge Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and Hubei Transportation Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. ranked second with 4.100 billion yuan, and the First Construction Co., Ltd. of China Construction Eighth Bureau ranked third with 2.974 billion yuan.
