2. Construction scale of Wei-Su High-speed Railway and Qingdao Connection Line

of Beijing-Shanghai Second Passage: The length of the main line of Wei-Su High-speed Railway is 399.03 km, including 324.67 km of Shandong section and 74 km of Jiangsu section. The total investment of the project is about 60.4 billion yuan. There are 12 stations

along the line: Weifang North (existing), Anqiu, Zhucheng West, Wulian North, Juxian North (Juyi), Yinan, Linyi North (existing), Lanling, Tancheng West, Xinyi East, Suqian East, Yanghe North (overtaking station). Main line length of

Qingdao connecting line 108.

Latest progress: The feasibility study has passed the assessment of the National Development and Reform Commission and is awaiting approval, and the preliminary design has been reviewed and is awaiting approval; the whole line is undergoing supplementary location survey and supplementary construction survey, and is expected to start construction in the second half of 2023.

3. Construction scale of coastal passage Zhangshan High-speed Railway

: The main line is 174.68 km long, including 126.60 km in Fujian Province. 48 in Guangdong Province. The total investment is estimated to be 400.

There are 6 stations in the whole line: Zhangzhou (existing), Zhangpu (expanded), Dongshan, Zhaonan, Raoping South and Shantou. We will strive for the conditions for setting up stations in the east of Shantou.

The preliminary design has been reviewed, and the location survey and construction drawing design are being carried out. It is expected to start construction in the second half of 2023.

4. Construction scale of Hefei-Wuhan High-speed Railway

along the Yangtze River: The total length of Hefei-Wuhan section of Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu High-speed Railway is 368.3 kilometers, and the new line is 330.2 kilometers, of which the Anhui section is 167 kilometers. Hubei Section 163. The total investment is estimated to be 979.

There are 8 stations along the line, including Hefei South, Lu'an North, Jinzhai East, Nanxi, Macheng North, Hong'an, Changjiang New Area and Wuhan Tianhe.

The whole line is planned to set up 11stations, including Changyang East, Wufeng, Houhe, Hefeng, Muli (Yuehang), Enshi South, Lichuan West, Shazi (existing), Shizhu East, Fengdu (existing) and Fuling North.

The latest progress: The project has passed the feasibility study review, and is speeding up the feasibility study review, simultaneously promoting the preliminary design approval and site design location survey, and is expected to start construction before the end of 2023.

6. The length of the new main line of Yanyu-Hubei High-speed Railway

of Baotou-Yinchuan-Haikou Passage is 389.84 km, including 336.54 km in Shaanxi Province and 53 in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The total investment of the project is about 63.8 billion yuan. Construction period 4.

The whole line is planned to set up 9 stations, including Yan'an, Yan'an New District, Yanchuan, Qingjian North, Suide West, Mizhi North, Yulin South, Shenmu West and Ordos.

The latest progress: At present, it has entered the stage of location survey and preliminary design, and is speeding up the processing of relevant preconditions for feasibility study and preliminary design approval. It is expected to start construction before the end of 2023.

7. The total length of Shaoyong High-speed Railway

of Hunan Passage is 96. There are 3 stations in the whole line: Shaoyang (existing), Shaoyang County and Yongzhou (reconstruction and expansion). The feasibility study report of the

project has been submitted to the State Railway Corporation for approval. Currently, the preliminary design approval is being accelerated, and the construction is expected to start in the second half of 2023.

2. Provincial and inter-provincial high-speed railway projects

1. The main line of Yanyi High-speed Railway (Jiangsu)

is 311. The total planned construction period is 4 years. The total investment of the project is estimated to be 781.

There are 11stations in the whole line: Yancheng, Xinghua East, Taizhou South, Taixing East, Jingjiang East, Jiangyin, Huishan, Taihu West, Qianhuang, Yixing West (reserved) and Yixing.

At present, the preliminary work related to the feasibility study and preliminary design approval is being promoted by stages; the feasibility study report has obtained the consultation report of the appraisal center of the State Railway Group, and the EIA report of the project will be approved soon.

2. Ningxuan and Zhenma High-speed Railway (Jiangsu and Anhui)

is 169 kilometers long, including 127 kilometers in Jiangsu Province and 42 kilometers in Anhui Province, with a recommended speed of 350 kilometers per hour. Nanjing, Lukou Airport, Lishui West, Gaochun, Xuancheng and other stations are planned for the whole line. The project has recently passed the feasibility study review of the State Railway Group. The total length of the Zhenjiang-Ma'anshan section of

the Yangzhou-Maanshan Intercity Railway is about 120.3 kilometers, including 97.8 kilometers in Jiangsu Province and 22 kilometers in Anhui Province. It is planned to set up stations in Zhenjiang East, Jurong, Lukou Airport, Bowang North and Ma'anshan South. The feasibility study of Anhui section has been approved recently.

The two projects are promoting the feasibility study and preliminary design approval work in different provinces, and are expected to start construction before the end of 2023.

3. Mianyang-Suining High-speed Railway (Sichuan)

The newly-built main line of Mianyang-Suining section of Mianyang-Suining Intercity Railway is 137.46 km long, and the total investment amount of the project is 351. There are 6 stations in Mianyang (existing), Mianyang South, Luxi Town, Santai, Shehong and Suining Gaoxin. The feasibility study of

the project has passed the evaluation and will be approved soon, and it is expected to start construction formally in the second half of next year.

4. Guangdong Section

of Nanshen High-speed Railway The section from the Pearl River Delta Hub Airport to the provincial boundary of Nanshen High-speed Railway is the last section of the whole line that has not been started. The total length of the main line is 142.10 km, and the total investment of the project is estimated to be 289. The design speed is 350 km/H, and two new stations are set up along the whole line: Yunfu Station and Luoding North Station. The preliminary design consultation review

has been completed, the feasibility study is about to be approved, and the construction is expected to start formally in the first half of next year.

5. The length of the newly-built main line of the Henan section

of the Nanxin-Hefei High-speed Railway is about 364. The whole line is planned to have 10 stations: Nanyang East, Tanghe North, Biyang, Tongbai North, Xinyang East, Luoshan, Xixian South, Huangchuan South, Shangcheng North and Gushi South. Preliminary survey, feasibility study, preliminary design, location survey and other related preliminary work

are being promoted, and construction is expected to start before the end of December 2023.

Huangtong-Baise Railway (Guizhou, Guangxi)

is a new land-sea corridor project in the west. The operation length from Huangtong Station to Baise Station is 315. The total construction period is 5 years, with a total investment of about 33.4 billion yuan. The feasibility study of the project is waiting for approval, and the preliminary design approval and construction drawing design are being accelerated. Construction is expected to start in the first half of 2023.

2. Zhongwei-Pingliang-Qingyang Railway (Ningxia and Gansu)

is divided into Zhongwei-Pingliang Railway Expansion and Reconstruction Project and New Pingliang-Qingyang Railway. It is a class I, double-track, passenger and freight railway with a speed of 160 kilometers per hour, and has the conditions for running power centralized EMUs. The newly-built section from Pingliang to Qingyang is 83.6 kilometers long, with a total estimated budget of 14.242 billion yuan, and the planned construction period is 4.

The relevant work of feasibility study submission and preliminary design approval is being accelerated, and the construction of Pingqing section is expected to start in the first half of 2023.

3. Wenshan-Mengzi Railway (Yunnan)

is an important part of Yunnan-Guizhou Border Railway, which is a Class I, double-track, passenger and freight railway with a speed of 160 kilometers per hour. The main line is 114.41 km long, with a total investment of about 15.9 billion yuan and a planned total construction period. 4.

At present, the feasibility study report is to be approved, and the preliminary design and construction drawing design are being accelerated. It is expected that the construction will start in the first half of 2023.

4. Lop Nor-Ruoqiang Railway (Xinjiang)

This project is a national medium- and long-term and "14th Five-Year" railway network planning project, with a total length of 236 kilometers, a national railway grade I, and a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour. The feasibility study has passed the review of the State Railway Group, and the preliminary design and survey work is being carried out simultaneously, and construction is expected to start in the first half of 2023.

4. Other

provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions strive to start construction projects, and the preliminary work of the feasibility study has reached a certain depth, but the progress this year is not obvious, such as: Wuhan Hub Direct Line, Hezhan High-speed Railway, Dalipan Railway, Tongji Railway, Xianhongjian Railway, Yining-Aksu Railway, etc. Whether it can start construction in 2023 remains to be seen.

Other trunk railway projects, such as the Jiaoluoping Section of the Hunan High-speed Railway and the Wuwei-Zhangye Section of the Lanzhou-Zhangzhou Third and Fourth Lines, are accelerating the progress of preliminary work and are expected to reach the formal start-up conditions within 2023.
