鱼峰集团在阿里资产公开交易平台上成功摘取广西正菱鹿寨水泥有限公司100%股权。
2022年12月30日，在2022年的最后一个工作日，经北部湾港集团董事会批准，鱼峰集团在阿里资产公开交易平台上成功摘取广西正菱鹿寨水泥有限公司100%股权。历经8个月的谈判协商，正菱水泥正式花落鱼峰集团，鱼峰集团水泥产能再增100万吨!
正菱水泥原是广西投资集团有限公司旗下企业，现有一条日产2500吨熟料的新型干法水泥生产线，员工240余人。拥有鹿寨县鹿寨镇龙头山石灰岩矿采矿权，初步探明储量在6000-7000万吨。正菱水泥前身是鹿寨县水泥厂，2004年由柳州正菱集团收购；2019年，正菱水泥被广西金融投资集团有限公司收购；2020年，广西投资集团有限公司与广西金融投资集团有限公司实施战略性重组。
自2019年正菱水泥恢复生以来，鱼峰集团便与其及股东方就生产、营销等多方面寻求合作，但一直无果，长期处于无序竞争状态。2022年，鱼峰集团积极推动整合集中区域水泥产能，规避无序竞争态势，历经十余次的商务谈判，最终敲定了正菱水泥的收购方案。
下一步，正菱水泥将与鹿寨鱼峰合并管理，打造占地超过2000亩的大型花园工厂，优化鱼峰集团在柳州区域的产能、产品配置。
