on August 15, the first PERC182 single glass 560W module of Hongrun New Energy was successfully launched in Xuanzhou District, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. The offline of components also officially announced that the 10 billion-level project, Hongrun New Energy Industrial Park, has entered the production stage. On the afternoon of
the 15th, walking into the production workshop of Hongrun New Energy 5G W High-efficiency Photovoltaic Cell Module Project, rows of automatic machines were arranged in an orderly manner, and manipulators and conveyor belts were running continuously, which accurately transported the processed solar cells to the next process.
After more than 40 processes such as scribing, series welding, laminating, edge cutting, framing, junction box installation and IV testing, a piece of crystalline silicon solar cell becomes a complete high-efficiency photovoltaic cell module.
"At present, it takes us five hours to produce a photovoltaic cell module. After the No.1 production line is put into full operation, we work in shifts 24 hours a day. We can produce 5000 photovoltaic cell modules every day, with an annual production capacity of 1GW ." Zhang Wei, head of production and operation of Hongrun New Energy, said that with the delivery of the remaining three production lines, the 5G W high-efficiency photovoltaic module project will be put into full operation in early September, with an annual production capacity of 4GW .
Meanwhile, Hongrun New Energy 10GW new energy cell and another 5G W high-efficiency photovoltaic module project will start construction in late August, and is expected to be completed and put into operation in the second quarter of 2024. After the
project reaches full production, it will become the leading enterprise of the new energy industry in our region, with an estimated annual sales revenue of 15 billion yuan.
"From negotiation to production, it only took about half a year, and the speed of Xuanzhou made us full of confidence!" Zheng Hongfang, chairman of the board of directors of Hongrun Construction Group, said.
