the data, Ancai Hi-Tech Boron-Silicon Pharmaceutical Project is located in the industrial agglomeration area of Longan District, Anyang City, with a total investment of 380 million yuan, covering an area of 12.4 hectares and a construction area of 24727 76 square meters, which is divided into two phases. The first phase of the project, with a total investment of 280 million yuan, has a glass furnace for borosilicate medicinal glass and two production lines for pulling tubes. Among them, the glass furnace will adopt the technology of "oxy-fuel combustion + electric-assisted melting", while the glass channel will adopt the direct heating technology of platinum material and the Dana forming process, which will meet the ultra-low emission requirements for environmental protection, and the quality of the products will meet the European, American and national standards at the same time.
For the ignition of the first phase project kiln, Ancai Gaoke said that it could further optimize the company's product structure, promote product upgrading, have a positive impact on the company's future business performance, and provide technical support for the company's development towards high-end glass.
Later, if the first phase of the project can reach production as planned, it will produce 5000 tons of neutral borosilicate medicinal glass annually and realize an annual profit of 29.15 million yuan.
