On August 17, the first concrete pouring of the sluice of Qishi Junction of Pinglu Canal began, ushering in the first key node, marking that the three major junctions of Pinglu Canal have entered a new stage of main structure construction in an all-round way. The sluice of Qishi Junction
of Pinglu Canal is located outside the middle water saving pool on the left side of the ship lock, which is composed of flood discharge structures, connecting dams on the left and right banks, traffic bridges and other structures. In view of the difficulties of large concrete pouring volume, high quality standard and difficult crack control, the construction unit has built a large-scale intelligent mixing plant with a maximum daily production of more than 10000 cubic meters, and set up two domestic leading forced mixing plants and pre-cooling systems to ensure the production speed of mass concrete; It is equipped with central control intelligent production management system, pre-cooling concrete temperature monitoring system and vehicle automatic identification and distribution system to realize concrete automatic control and whole process monitoring. During the
construction process, the project adopts concrete pre-cooling technology, cooling water circulation system, polymer membrane covering and spraying maintenance means, and real-time monitoring of various temperatures through mass concrete temperature control system, which effectively ensures the quality of concrete pouring; MES intelligent steel bar processing management system, steel bar lofting software and magnetic lifting process are adopted to effectively shorten the processing time of steel bars and ensure the quality of finished steel bars.
