Taishan Zhonglian 5000t/d Clinker Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Technical Transformation Project Successfully Ignited

On April 25, the energy saving and emission reduction technical transformation project of the 5000t/d clinker production line of Taishan Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. undertaken by Tianjin Cement Institute was successfully ignited at one time. The contract period

of Taishan Zhonglian Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Technical Transformation Project is 135 days. The contract covers the demolition of old equipment, the transformation of concrete structures, the installation and commissioning of new equipment and the intelligent production tasks in the workshops of raw material allocation, raw material grinding, coal grinding, kiln tail, kiln middle, kiln head, clinker conveying and waste heat power generation system. A large number of domestic cutting-edge new materials, new equipment and new technologies are used in the project, including the fifth to sixth preheater, Sinowalk grate cooler and TRP220-160 roller press of Tianjin Cement Institute, aerogel thermal insulation material, grate cooler and kiln head cover prefabrication and brick hanging technology, microcrystalline feeding pipe, smoke chamber microcrystalline plate, permanent magnet variable frequency drive motor, etc.

This project is the first pilot project of changing 5000 t/d preheater from five to six in China United Cement Group, and also the key project of energy-saving and consumption-reducing production transition in Taishan China United Cement Co., Ltd. The leaders of New Tianshan Cement and China United Cement Group attached great importance to it and visited the site many times to guide the work. On November 23, 2022, the project department of Tianjin Cement Institute entered the site and began preliminary preparations. All departments of the company and construction units cooperated closely to overcome many unfavorable factors such as short construction period and heavy tasks, and completed the ignition node task of the project on schedule.
