The meeting pointed out that in view of the common problems and the safety risks of underground and open-pit mines, we should take a seat according to the number, check them one by one, study and formulate safety measures to prevent and resolve the greater safety risks.

The meeting demanded that the construction of mining enterprises in the whole city should take the "Year of Promotion" of safety foundation and comprehensive renovation activities as the carrier, resonate with the work deployment of the State Mining Administration and provinces and municipalities at the same frequency, check hidden dangers and rectify them in accordance with the design, regulations, standards and requirements, and push forward the benchmarking, wall chart operations and stubble pressing. Great determination and efforts should be made to solve practical problems such as the low level of construction of safety facilities, extensive management, and poor safety conditions; the supervision and management departments should increase the intensity of punishment for mining enterprises that do not go deep into comprehensive rectification, go through the motions, and have hidden dangers, publicly expose them, establish a mechanism for investigating the responsibility of major hidden dangers discovered in the course of comprehensive rectification, and seriously investigate and deal with them in accordance with the law and regulations. the municipal and county levels and the principal responsible persons of all construction mines in the city attended the meeting.
