He has been the deputy general manager of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Co., Ltd. since July 2017, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee, director and general manager of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Co., Ltd. since June 2020, and the secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Co., Ltd. since December 2020.
