Recently, in the workshop of Chongqing Conch Kitchen Waste Resource Utilization Project in Zhongxian County, a special vehicle slowly poured kitchen waste into the absorption pool. With the successive operation of various machinery and equipment, two hours later, the kitchen waste will be turned into grease and organic fertilizer. The grease will be input into the nearby cement kiln through the pipeline as fuel, while the fertilizer will enter the packaging workshop from the production line.
In recent years, with the vigorous development of the catering industry, kitchen waste continues to increase, and there are risks such as leakage and biogas safety when taking landfill measures to deal with kitchen waste. Zhongxian County and Chongqing Conch Cement signed a project agreement on the utilization of cement kilns for the disposal of kitchen waste. According to the annual treatment of more than 20000 tons of kitchen waste, the oil obtained can be used as fuel for cement kilns, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 4966 tons, reduce carbon dioxide production by 16 tons and ammonia oxide production by 14 tons.
Kitchen waste has become a "treasure" in Zhongxian County, thanks to the vigorous promotion of the integration of "ecology + industry" in Zhongxian County, the construction of a green low-carbon cycle development system, the acceleration of the optimization, adjustment and transformation of energy structure, industrial structure and transportation structure, and the addition of new momentum for the transformation and development of characteristic industries.
Make green industry bigger and stronger, and accelerate the development of green and low-carbon industry. Zhongxian County compiles investment maps around 18 key industrial chains to further clarify the development paths and goals of green industries such as lithium power, energy storage and shale gas. Firmly establish the concept of "green investment", strictly implement the system of expert pre-examination of project environmental assessment and centralized examination of landing, eliminate high energy consumption, high pollution and high emission projects, select high-quality green environmental prot ection projects, reject 12 "two high and one low" projects throughout the year, and add one state-level "small giant" enterprise and one city-level "small giant" enterprise. Zhongxian County Industrial Park has been successfully established as a city-level green park, becoming the only county-level park in the city with this name; Conch Cement and Ruizhu Company have been awarded the national green factory and the city-level green factory respectively.
Implement the transformation of transportation structure and transform the green and low-carbon development of urban transportation. The proportion of new energy network taxis and clean energy taxis in Zhongxian urban area is 100%, and the proportion of new energy buses is 100%. Develop water transportation, build the first 10000-ton wharf in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, Chongqing Xinsheng Port, complete the construction of the first phase of Wuyang Public Wharf, and continuously increase the proportion of "transit water" in bulk material transportation.
In addition, Zhongxian also focused on the high-quality development of green service industry, and built the first professional e-sports complex in Asia, which received 12 million visitors throughout the year, with a comprehensive tourism income of 7 billion yuan. Clean energy will be upgraded, 92000 households in urban areas and towns will be converted from coal to gas, and the largest LNG plant in southwest China with a capacity of 350000 tons will be built.
