On August 18, Trina Solar Energy Supreme N-type 700 W + Component Mass Production and 2024 Component Upgrade Conference was held in Qinghai Integration Base. Based on the accelerated and comprehensive application of the new generation of N-type i-TOPCon advanced technology and 210 product technology, the Supreme N-type 700 W + module has achieved mass production ahead of schedule. Trina Solar has also become the first component manufacturer in the industry to achieve mass production of TOPCon components with power exceeding 700 W.
On the same day, Trina Solar also heavily pre-released the upgraded products in 2024, with the power of the large version components reaching 710 W and the medium version components reaching 620 W! At SNEC
this year, Trina Solar released a new generation of N-type i-TOPCon advanced technology to the world, which is expected to reach 26% mass production efficiency. On the same day, the press conference announced that the actual battery mass production efficiency has reached 25.8%, approaching the limit. This advanced technology was first applied in the battery production line of Trina Solar Qinghai Base. In early August, 5GW N-type i-TOPCon battery was successfully launched in Qinghai base, and Trina Solar once again led the industrialization process of advanced technology.
It is expected that by the end of this year, Trina Solar's battery capacity will reach 75 GW, including 40 GW of N-type battery capacity, all using the new generation of N-type i-TOPCon advanced technology, laying a solid foundation for the worry-free delivery of Trina Solar's supreme N-type components.
