The word "blue" not only represents "Run Feng Blue", but also contains the meaning of "Blue Sea", that is, we hope to create a blue sea in the Red Sea through R & D and innovation, so as to complete the important task of business transformation of China Resources Cement at this stage. He emphasized that "Runlan Laboratory" should continue to strengthen the construction of scientific and technological personnel and enhance the ability of scientific and technological innovation; it should continue to improve the scientific research mechanism and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of R & D personnel; it should closely focus on the transformation of new materials of cement holding, better play the role of technical think tank; it should integrate internal and external resources and develop a new pattern of collaborative R & D.

He pointed out that he hoped that with the efforts of all parties, he would start a new journey, carry a new mission, build "Runlan Laboratory" into a world-class material research and development laboratory, and contribute to the realization of "becoming a respected world-class building material enterprise" for cement holdings. In order to actively respond to the national environmental protection policy and implement the concept of green and low-carbon development, China Cement Network will hold the "2023 Cement'Double Carbon 'Conference and the 10th China Cement Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Exchange Conference" in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, from September 12 to 13, 2023. The cement industry is moving towards a low-carbon, more energy-saving and greener high-quality development.  

At the same time, the medal ceremony of "2023 Advanced Enterprises of Double Carbon in Cement Industry" and the "Double Carbon" Equipment Exhibition will be held.
