On August 21, Jiejia Weichuang announced that the total amount of funds to be raised by the company would not exceed 960 million yuan (including this number) for the construction of perovskite and its equipment. The industrialization project of

perovskite and perovskite laminated equipment is planned to invest 690 million yuan to build the "industrialization project of perovskite and perovskite laminated equipment" in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. The main construction contents include the construction of production sites, the purchase and installation of production and R & D equipment, and the purchase of software. The main body of the project is Changzhou Jiejiachuang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company. The construction period of this

project is planned to be 2.5 years. When the project is completed and fully put into production, it can produce 160 sets of magnetron sputtering coating equipment (PVD), 119 sets of reactive plasma coating equipment (RPD) and 60 sets of vacuum evaporation coating equipment (MAR) annually. Significantly enhance the production capacity and technological advantages of the company's perovskite and perovskite tandem battery core equipment related products, and further consolidate the company's market competitiveness and industry leading position.
