project is 11 billion yuan , with a total planned area of 20000 mu . Create a clean energy application scenario of " photovoltaic power generation + modern fishery breeding + new energy storage ". It includes a fishing-photovoltaic complementary project with a planned installed capacity of about 2 million kilowatts and an operation period of 25 years. After completion, it is expected to bring about about 2.57 billion kilowatt-hours of clean electricity, an average annual green output value of about 1.22 billion yuan (including green electricity income) and an average annual tax contribution of about 200 million yuan to Pingyang County. The total construction period of the

project is planned to be 2024-2030. The project adopts the same period planning and phased construction, with an average construction period of 2 years , making full use of 20000 mu of sea area resources in Pingyang Songbu-Xiwan coastal zone to develop a green marine zero-carbon economy. On the basis of scientific and rational demonstration of sea use, photovoltaic power generation and modern fishery and aquaculture will be developed to gradually form the advantages of new energy industry cluster in Pingyang area.
