The meeting pointed out that in recent years, according to the idea of "maintaining stability, preventing rebound, building a long-term effect and promoting the root cause", the city has implemented the management system of "government-led, water-led, department-led and social participation", and implemented the management mechanism of "source management, department joint, regional linkage, combination of dredging and blocking, and whole-process control". To maintain a high-pressure crackdown on illegal sand mining, it is necessary to strengthen the inspection frequency of key river sections, sensitive waters, and centralized berthing points for sand mining vessels. To enhance the awareness of sand management according to law, we must permit according to law, act according to procedures, and standardize the behavior of sand mining in rivers; Fourth, we should pay attention to publicity and guidance.
