According to the agreement, the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in the construction of "the Belt and Road" projects in the Philippines and other Southeast Asian regions, not limited to concrete, sand and gravel raw materials trade, and jointly implement the national "the Belt and Road" initiative to promote high-quality development of enterprises. The two sides will also work together to develop the application of Philippine natural sand in new building materials, promote new building technologies to go to sea, promote the modernization of Philippine construction industry, and establish overseas demonstration zones for new buildings.
It is reported that Jianming Resources Group has more than 1.5 billion tons of high-quality low-carbon natural construction placer resources in the Philippines, and has obtained various required permits, including dredging permit (DP), industrial sand permit (ISAGP) and environmental assessment compliance certificate (ECC). At the same time, the group also has a 25-year franchise in the Philippines, which will be an important provider of construction placer resources for Chinese-funded enterprises in the Philippines. The cooperation between
China Construction Western Construction and Jianming Resources Group not only provides a good resource platform for the company to open up the Philippine market, but also provides a strong help for Jianming Resources Group to promote the efficient utilization of Philippine natural sand in the coastal areas of China.
