Heze Traffic Police Mudan District Brigade went deep into Zhonglian Concrete Co., Ltd. to carry out publicity and education activities on the theme of "Traffic Safety Entering Enterprises".

In order to publicize and implement the Road Traffic Safety Law, prevent and reduce traffic accidents, further enhance people's awareness of safe travel, enhance the concept of traffic legal system, earnestly do a good job in publicity, education and training of traffic safety in key enterprises, and vigorously advocate the concept of "civilized driving and safe travel" traffic safety, April 26, 2023. The Mudan District Brigade of the Traffic Police Detachment of Heze Public Security Bureau organized the publicity police, led by Pang Chengpei, the chief of the publicity section, and Guo Liangying, the leader of the volunteer service team, to Heze Zhonglian Concrete Co., Ltd. to carry out a "traffic safety into the enterprise" theme education and publicity activities for more than 30 persons in charge, managers and drivers of enterprises and transport contractors.

In the training conference room, the publicity police first reported the case of 7 deaths and 10 injuries caused by the collision of two trucks in Sishui, Shandong Province on April 19, and the recent road traffic accidents in the whole city and the whole district. In view of the characteristics of commercial concrete enterprises, the publicity police focused on the safety driving precautions and relevant laws and regulations of commercial concrete mixers for transport vehicles. Combining with the accident case of concrete mixer truck at the intersection of Taiyuan Road and Shuanghe Road (Yangzhuang intersection) in Heze City on July 2, 2017, this paper focuses on the characteristics of mixer truck type, the hazards caused by speeding, drunk driving and fatigue driving, and the legal responsibilities to be borne, reminding drivers to abide by the rules and regulations and to be highly self-disciplined. Strictly abide by the laws and regulations of road traffic safety, drive safely and civilly, resolutely put an end to traffic violations such as fatigue driving, speeding, overloading, drunk driving and drunk driving, be a civilized person, drive a civilized car, be courteous and drive safely.
