On April 21, Xinhua Hydropower Co., Ltd. announced the shortlisted candidates for centralized procurement of photovoltaic modules in 2023. Fourteen enterprises, including Xiexin Integration, Jingke Energy, Trina Solar Energy, Yidao New Energy, Longji Green Energy, Wuxi Suntech, CECEP Solar Energy, Atlas, Jingao and Tongwei, intend to win the bid.

Previous tender announcements showed that Xinhua Hydropower's centralized procurement tender for photovoltaic modules in 2023 is expected to have a total capacity of about 4GW. This PV module tender is proposed to be divided into three packages, package 1 project, P-type monocrystalline 182mm module, package 2 project, P-type monocrystalline 210mm module, package 3: N-type monocrystalline module.
