Recently, the Tianjin Municipal Housing and Construction Commission issued the Announcement on the Rectification of 97 Enterprises such as Tianjin Hongli Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. within a Time Limit.
According to the relevant regulations, 97 enterprises such as Tianjin Hongli Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. were found that the safety production conditions did not meet the requirements.
According to the regulations, the Housing and Construction Commission ordered the above-mentioned units to complete the rectification within two months and deliver the rectification report. Before the completion of the rectification, the above-mentioned units will be included in the scope of key supervision and should stop engaging in activities related to administrative licensing matters. If the requirements are not met within the time limit, the safety production license will be revoked and the enterprise's dishonest behavior will be recorded in the integrity file. The announcement

in accordance with the Provisions on the Administration of Work Safety Licenses for Construction Enterprises (Decree No.128, 2004 of the Ministry of Construction), the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Interim Measures for the Dynamic Supervision of Work Safety Licenses for Construction Enterprises (JZ [2008] No.121), Notice of the General Office of the Tianjin Municipal People's Government on the Issuance of the Five Supporting Measures for the Reform of the Examination and Approval System for Standardization, Intelligence and Facilitation of the Commitment System in Tianjin (No.25, 2018), Notice of the General Office of Tianjin Municipal People's Government on the Issuance of "Several Measures for Deepening the Reform of the Examination and Approval System of Construction Projects and Optimizing the Business Environment in Tianjin" (JZBF [2021] No.2) and other relevant provisions, after verification, 97 enterprises such as Tianjin Hongli Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (See the annex for the list) The production safety conditions do not meet the requirements.
In accordance with the Notice of the General Office of the Tianjin Municipal People's Government on the Issuance of the Five Supporting Measures for the Reform of the Examination and Approval System for Standardization, Intelligence and Facilitation of the Commitment System in Tianjin, the relevant units are now ordered to complete the rectification within two months and submit the rectification report to the Commission. Before the completion of the rectification work, the relevant units will be included in the key supervision scope of the Commission and should stop engaging in the relevant activities of administrative licensing matters. If the requirements are not met within the time limit, the Commission will revoke the safety production license and record the enterprise's dishonest behavior in the integrity file.
