On April 26, the participants of the "China Cement Industry Green Development Summit Forum and Ultra-clean Emission Technology Exchange Conference" and the "Fourth China Cement Intelligent Summit Forum" came to the hinterland of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan, where Zhongmao Zhuzhou Cement is located under Xianyu Ling. They have jointly appreciated the charm of this national green factory.
As the first new dry-process cement production enterprise in Zhuzhou City to be selected as a state-level green factory, Sinoma Zhuzhou Cement has completely broken people's inherent impression that the cement plant is "grey on sunny days and muddy on rainy days", and the "four modernizations" of purification, brightening, greening and beautification are brought into full play here. The trees are shady, the scenery is pleasant, the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant, and the fruits are numerous here. Sinoma Zhuzhou people have painted beautiful pictures with their own sweat.
The participants visited the central control room and the first set of 5000 t/d cement line dust and nitrate one-box SCR demonstration line project in China. On July 15, 2022, the "one-box SCR denitrification project" jointly developed by Henan Sinoma Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. and Sinoma Zhuzhou Cement Co., Ltd. passed the acceptance test smoothly, which can achieve the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides within 50 mg/Nm3 . Ammonia escape is less than 2.5mg/Nm3 , which meets the ultra-low emission requirements. At the same time, the consumption of denitrification ammonia water is reduced by about 75%, and the total amount of nitrogen oxide emissions can be reduced by about 1100 tons per year, which not only saves production and operation costs, but also plays a great role in the continuous improvement of air quality in Zhuzhou City.
At present, the cement industry is in a critical period of green and high-quality development, and ultra-low emission is expected to become the "standard" of domestic cement enterprises. "Dust and nitrate SCR denitrification project" effectively solves the problem of ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides and dust particles, and is expected to play an important role in the green development process of cement industry. During the
visit, all the participants highly appreciated and recognized the excellent performance of Sinoma Zhuzhou Cement, and expressed that they would bring the advanced experience and strategy of Sinoma Zhuzhou Cement back to their own company through this study, and combine with their units to jointly promote the high-quality development of China's cement industry.
