Hefei

's "Hefei Atmospheric Environmental Quality Deadline Compliance Plan" points out that it is encouraged to eliminate grinding facilities with a single set of grinding cement capacity of less than 1 million tons by the end of 2020 in accordance with the "Guidance Catalogue for Eliminating Backward Production Capacity in Building Materials Industry (2019 Edition)". The cement clinker production line of 2500t/d will be eliminated by the end of 2022.
