On April 25, China Cement Network successfully held the "Fourth China Cement Intelligent Summit Forum". At the meeting, Xu Yue, Minister of Equipment Management of Anhui Conch Group Co., Ltd., shared a wonderful report on the theme of Conch Cement Intelligent Manufacturing. Xu Yue introduced the construction case of Conch Cement in the intelligent factory, and Conch Cement took the lead in building a cement intelligent factory with Conch characteristics in the world. At the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan, Conch Cement started the construction of a new generation of intelligent factories, aiming at the quality control of the whole process, the unattended production line and the intelligent control of the whole factory.

She said that stable and efficient operation is the basis of intelligent production, conch cement mechanical and electrical failures have declined for three consecutive years, 200 days of continuous operation of the kiln has become normal, the longest continuous operation time has reached 439 days. Conch Cement will achieve long-term zero failure at the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan.

Intelligent manufacturing should be demand-oriented, focus on the labor intensity of employees, improve the working environment, enhance the efficiency of enterprises, coordinate the operation of various systems, ensure the maximum efficiency of intelligent systems, and continue independent R & D and innovation, so as to truly realize the landing of intelligent factories. Taking Quanjiao Conch as an example, through the synergy of intelligent quality management system and digital intelligent mine system, the automatic detection of ore quality and accurate collocation of limestone into the pile are realized, and the qualified rate of CaO reaches 100%.
