30 clinker enterprises in Hebei have stopped kilns for 10 days! Notice of suspension of production issued in many places

Recently, the Hebei Building Materials Industry Association issued the Notice on the Self-discipline and Peak-staggering Production of Cement Clinker Enterprises in Central and Southern Hebei Province, which said that according to the spirit of the document "Notice on the Peak-staggering Production of Cement in 2022-2023" issued by the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Notice on the Peak-staggering Production of Cement in Central and Southern Hebei Province. In order to implement the requirements of "Seminar on Industry Self-discipline and Peak-staggering Production of Cement Clinker Enterprises in Central and Southern Hebei", promote the continuous improvement of air quality in Central and Southern Hebei and stabilize the economic operation of the industry, it is decided that cement clinker enterprises in Central and Southern Hebei will carry out industry self-discipline and peak-staggering production through the joint study of industry enterprises. staggering time is from 0 o'clock on April 25 to 24 o'clock on May 4, 2023, and the kiln will be shut down for 10 days, covering the cement clinker enterprises in central and southern Hebei.

The Notice requires enterprises to continue to carry out the task of peak staggering production in non-heating season according to the public information of peak staggering production plan in non-heating season of cement clinker enterprises in Hebei Province after completing the self-discipline peak staggering production in this industry.

"Notice" mentioned that during the period of industry self-discipline peak staggering production, the Provincial Building Materials Association and regional inspection teams will make statistics on the implementation every day, conduct on-site supervision and smooth reporting channels for enterprises that fail to implement, and include enterprises that refuse to implement in the list of industry dishonesty.

According to the list of the Notice, there are 30 cement clinker enterprises in central and southern Hebei.

In addition, Shanxi, Zhejiang, Inner Mongolia and other places have recently made arrangements for the cement industry to stagger the peak from April to May.

Shanxi Building Material Industry Association recently requested all cement clinker production lines in the province to carry out peak staggering production during non-heating period (including all cement clinker production lines such as special cement kilns and co-disposal of hazardous wastes), combining with the principle of differentiation. The area entering the first round of off-peak production will start off-peak production from April 16, 2023 for 20 days.

On April 11, Zhejiang Cement Association issued a notice requiring cement clinker production enterprises in the whole province to stop kilns for 12 days from April to May, and the scope of this peak staggering production is the clinker production enterprises in the whole province.

Recently , the Inner Mongolia Cement Association issued the Notice on Organizing Cement Clinker Enterprises in the Central and Western Regions to Delay Kiln Opening, saying that the peak staggering scope is all cement clinker (including carbide slag and co-disposal of hazardous wastes) production lines in the Central and Western Regions. The delayed starting period is from April 1 to April 30.
