1. National Energy Administration (NEA): In July 2023, the newly installed photovoltaic capacity increased by 18.74 GW (click the title to view the full text)
. On August 17, the NEA released the statistical data of the national power industry from January to July. By the end of July, the total installed capacity of power generation in China was about 2.74 billion kilowatts, up 11.5% year-on-year. Among them, the installed capacity of solar power generation was about 490 million kilowatts, with a year-on-year increase of 42.9%; the installed capacity of wind power was about 390 million kilowatts, with a year-on-year increase of 14.3%. Combined with previously published data, in July 2023, China added 18.74 million kilowatts of solar power installed capacity.
. On August 17, Haibo Sichuang and Ningde Times signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides reached in-depth cooperation on promoting energy storage, optical storage and charging, intelligent manufacturing and other fields. It is planned that the total amount of battery products purchased in the next three years will not be less than 50GWh.

13, Tianfu Energy announced that the company received a notice from Tianfu Group, the controlling shareholder, on the same day, and was informed that according to the "Approval of the Corps Office on the Establishment of Zhongxinjian Electric Power Group Co., Ltd." Tianfu Group signed the Framework Agreement on Asset Restructuring and Investment in the Establishment of a New Company with the State-owned Assets Commission of the Sinkiang Production and Construction Corps and the Seventh Division of the Sinkiang Production and Construction Corps. The above three companies jointly reorganized a new company named "Zhongxinjian Power Group" with a registered capital of 10 billion yuan.

on August 16, the first TOPCon cell of Xinrui Optoelectronics "10GW High-efficiency N-type TOPCon Cell Project" invested by Xinlinfei Group was successfully offline, and the project was officially put into operation. It is reported that the total investment of the project is 10 billion yuan, covering an area of 436 mu, building a plant of about 170000 square meters, investing more than 3 billion yuan in equipment, and building a new high-efficiency photovoltaic cell production workshop with an annual output of 12 GW, of which 10 GW is the most mainstream TOPCon battery at home and abroad. 2GW is a HJT battery with great potential.
of August 17, the signing ceremony of the 7th China-South Asia Expo and the 27th China Kunming Import and Export Commodity Fair was held at the Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center in Kunming. At the signing ceremony, Qujing Jingkai District signed four projects with a total investment of 11.069 billion yuan. Among them, there are 2 silicon photovoltaic industry projects and 2 new energy battery projects.
On August 18, Tianshun Wind Energy (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and Puyang County People's Government signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Hydrogen Production by Electrolysis and Hydrogenation Equipment Manufacturing Project in Puyang, Henan Province. Yan Junxu, Chairman of Tianshun Wind Energy Group, and Li Jizhong, Secretary of the Party and Labor Committee of Puyang Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, signed an agreement on behalf of both sides that Tianshun Wind Energy will build the first "Wind Energy-Energy-Hydrogen Energy Full Chain New Energy Equipment Industrial Park" in Henan Province in Puyang City.
