last year, Hunan Tongze Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Hunan Tongze) and Liuyang Economic Development Zone Management Committee signed an investment agreement for the project of 10.8 billion 10GW high-efficiency heterojunction battery and component production base. Hunan Tongze, the main body of implementation, was jointly established by Wuxi Yingpeng New Energy Co., Ltd. and professional investors in the photovoltaic industry chain.

Now, the main body of project implementation is changed from Hunan Tongze to Innocent New Energy, which is jointly established by Robotco and Wuxi Yingpeng New Energy Co., Ltd. Robotco holds 40% of the shares and Wuxi Yingpeng holds 60% of the shares.
As for the change of the main body of project implementation, Robotko did not make a corresponding explanation, and as of June 30, 2023, the company has not yet invested in Innocent New Energy.
Although the first heterojunction cell project has changed, Robotko has not stopped investing in heterojunctions. In April
this year, Robotko again announced the signing of an investment agreement with Nantong Jingkai District to invest 1 billion yuan in the construction of high-end equipment R & D and manufacturing projects for heterojunction batteries.
In terms of equipment research and development progress, in September this year, Robert successfully promoted the project of copper electroplating equipment for single GW solar cells, and achieved a major breakthrough in the key equipment of heterojunction. According to the company, the equipment is not only suitable for heterojunction, but also matches the process path of high-efficiency batteries such as XBC.
