On August 18, Tianshun Wind Energy (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and Puyang County People's Government signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Electrolytic Water Hydrogen Production and Hydrogenation Equipment Manufacturing Project in Puyang, Henan Province. Yan Junxu, Chairman of Tianshun Wind Energy Group, and Li Jizhong, Secretary of the Party and Labor Committee of Puyang Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, signed the agreement on behalf of both sides. Wan Zhengfeng, Secretary of Puyang Municipal Committee, Zhu Liangcai, Deputy Secretary and Mayor of Puyang Municipal Committee, Zhao Jianling, Standing Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Puyang Municipal Committee, and other government leaders jointly attended and witnessed the signing event.
In 2019, Tianshun Wind Energy first landed in Puyang, Henan Province, and the industrial park invested at that time was the first wind power equipment manufacturing industrial park in Puyang City. In the first half of this year, Tianshun Wind Energy increased its investment in Puyang and signed an energy storage integrated system manufacturing project . Thanks to the excellent business environment and location advantages of Puyang City, and in order to adjust and optimize the energy structure of Puyang City, promote the development of hydrogen production technology and industry from electrolytic water. Tianshun Wind Energy will build the first " Wind Energy-Energy Storage-Hydrogen Energy Full Chain New Energy Equipment Industrial Park" in Henan Province in Puyang City. The signing of the project is a new measure taken by Tianshun Wind Energy to promote the development of clean energy industry in Puyang and even Henan Province, and also marks the addition of a star of tomorrow to the hydrogen energy industry chain in Puyang, Henan Province.

by Chairman Yan Junxu In 2022, Henan Province issued the Medium and Long-term Plan for the Development of Hydrogen Energy Industry in Henan Province (2022-2035), providing medium and long-term guidance for the development of hydrogen energy industry in Henan Province. The Plan puts forward four key tasks, namely, the demonstration axis of hydrogen energy application, the construction of five major industrial support nodes, the construction of three hydrogen energy supply guarantee bases, and the creation of a good industrial ecology. Through this project, Tianshun Wind Energy hopes to achieve the following three breakthroughs:
First, to achieve technological breakthroughs
in line with market demand. The AEM anion exchange membrane water electrolysis hydrogen production technology adopted in this project has both the cost advantages of alkaline hydrogen production technology and the energy efficiency advantages of proton exchange membrane technology. To achieve innovation and breakthroughs on the basis of mature technology, and fully adapt to the market demand for large-scale clean energy to produce green hydrogen.
The second is to achieve a breakthrough
in the cost of green hydrogen production from clean energy. The hydrogen production device to be produced in this project has a wide load range, fast start-stop response, high system efficiency and low operation and maintenance cost. The centralized application of this device can make full use of the cost advantage of green electricity and convert it into green hydrogen with price competitiveness compared with blue hydrogen. In the long run, it can fundamentally promote the adjustment and upgrading of energy structure. Another major product of
this project is the integrated device of hydrogen production by electrolysis of water and hydrogenation. The distributed application of this device can make full use of the valley electricity of the power grid, and help Henan Province to build the Zhengbianluopu hydrogen corridor and break through the bottleneck of energy supplement in the urban agglomeration of fuel cell vehicles.
