The first zero-carbon factory based on energy storage batteries in Ningde era was officially born

On August 11, Guangdong Ruiqing Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Ruiqing Times"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningde Times, officially obtained the PAS2060 carbon neutralization certificate issued by SGS, a world-renowned certification body, which marks that Ruiqing Times will achieve carbon neutralization in 2022 and officially rank among zero-carbon factories.

This is the first zero-carbon factory with energy storage batteries as the main part in Ningde era, and the second wholly-owned zero-carbon factory with batteries after Yibin factory in Sichuan era.

Ruiqing Times, located in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, is one of the thirteen major production bases of Ningde Times, and began mass production in May 2022. On April 18 this year, Ningde Times officially released the "Zero Carbon Strategy"-to achieve carbon neutrality in core operations by 2025 and in the value chain by 2035, and is committed to becoming the first global head battery company to achieve carbon neutrality. With the upgrade of Ruiqing era to "zero carbon factory", the promotion of "zero carbon strategy" in Ningde era also ushered in "acceleration".
