On August 16, the first TOPCon cell of Xinrui Optoelectronics "10GW High-efficiency N-type TOPCon Battery Project" invested by Xinlinfei Group was successfully launched, and the project was officially put into operation.
It is reported that the total investment of the project is 10 billion yuan, covering an area of 436 mu, building a plant of about 170000 square meters, investing more than 3 billion yuan in equipment, and building a new high-efficiency photovoltaic cell production workshop with an annual output of 12 GW. Among them, 10GW is the most mainstream TOPCon battery at home and abroad, and 2GW is the HJT battery with great potential. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the annual invoice sales will reach more than 10 billion yuan.
The data show that Jiangsu Xinlinfei Group was founded in 2008 and has been deeply engaged in the field of photovoltaic new energy for more than ten years. It has built eight production bases in Yangzhou, Gaoyou and Suqian, Jiangsu Province, covering the research and development and production of monocrystalline silicon slices, large-size monocrystalline batteries and large-size high-efficiency components. And the construction and operation of photovoltaic power plants downstream of the industry. In October 2022, the
company was engaged in the R & D, production and sales of large-size N-type TOPCon photovoltaic cells and photovoltaic modules in Yangzhou City Xinrui Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd.
As of March 2023, the production capacity of monocrystalline silicon wafers, batteries and modules of Xinlinfei Group has reached 20GW, 16GW and 6GW respectively, and 15 photovoltaic power stations have been invested, with a total installed capacity of 111 MW.
According to the official micro-information of Xinlinfei Group, by the end of 2023, the company's slicing capacity will reach 65GW, and the production capacity of high-efficiency cells will exceed 26GW and 6GW.
