4月24日，由中国水泥网主办的“中国水泥行业绿色发展高峰论坛暨超洁净排放技术交流大会”在湖南长沙顺利召开。
中国水泥网高级顾问贾华平带来《水泥富氧及富氧技术的最新进展》的精彩报告。他表示，人类可用于燃烧的资源是有限的，且燃烧过程的排放物是造成环境污染的主要原因。富氧燃烧作为一种高效燃烧技术，既可减少能耗、又能降低排放，在某种意义上已被称为“资源的创造性技术”。

贾华平指出，富氧煅烧能提高煤的活性，进而提高煤的燃烧速度、提高其燃尽率；能降低燃点，提高燃烧的集中度和火焰强度，进而减少燃烧的边际效应，增加燃烧热量的利用率；能提高火焰绝对温度，进而提高燃烧温度、减少㶲损失；能提高火焰黑度，进而提高辐射强度和强化辐射传热；还能减少燃烧后的排气量，降低烟气带走的热量。
