On April 23, the Energy Bureau of Guizhou Province issued the Notice on the Construction Scale Project Plan of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation in Guizhou Province in 2023 (the second batch). The total scale is 12.58GW, including 3.28GW for PV and 9.3GW for wind power.

In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the new energy industry, In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Interim Measures for the Management of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects in Guizhou Province and the Notice of the Provincial Energy Bureau on Further Strengthening the Management of New Energy Projects, the project plan for the construction scale of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in 2023 (the second batch) is now issued, with a total installed capacity of 12.58 million kilowatts, including 9.3 million kilowatts of wind power and 3.28 million kilowatts of photovoltaic power generation.
