From December 4 to 6, the Seventh Supervision and Law Enforcement Division of Shaanxi Bureau of the State Administration of Mine Safety supervised and inspected the safety management of two non-coal mining enterprises, Jidong Cement Tongchuan Co., Ltd. and Conch (Shaanxi) Holding Co., Ltd. The inspection team conducted spot checks on the two company-owned mines in the early stage, and conducted a careful inspection on the company level to learn and understand the spirit of higher-level documents, institutional settings, risk assessment, disaster management and outsourcing company management. After the inspection, feedback briefings on supervision and inspection were held respectively.
At the meeting, the monitoring team first listened to the reports on the safety work of the non-coal mines of the two companies, then conveyed the spirit of the latest instructions and instructions of the central leadership and the leadership of the State Bureau, and reported the common problems found in the inspection of the ownership enterprises of the company and the problems of this inspection. The inspection team pointed out that, firstly, it is necessary to improve the political stance and implement it, and firmly establish the safety development concept of "two supremacy"; secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the main responsibility and implement it, and take "red line consciousness" and "bottom line thinking" as the lifeline of the company's leading cadres, so as to lay a solid foundation for safety management. Third, it is necessary to do a good job in fire inspection, fire drills and fire rescue knowledge training to eliminate the seeds of fire accidents; fourth, it is necessary to strengthen the study and implementation of the Opinions on Further Strengthening the Work of Mine Safety Production issued by the two offices, and to formulate the development plan of the company and its owned mines based on its own reality, overall planning and overall consideration.
