Waste Recycling of Qianyang Conch Construction Aggregate Machine-made Sand Production Base "Recovers" Hundreds of Millions of yuan a Year

Recently, good news came from the construction aggregate machine-made sand production base of Qianyang Conch Green Building Material Recycling Industrial Park, which will turn waste from cement production into treasure, with an estimated annual output of 1.5 million tons of aggregate and machine-made sand, and an annual "recovery" of 120 million yuan for enterprises.

In the production base of aggregate machine-made sand, only a large truck transported aggregate and machine-made sand to the construction site for use as building materials. It is understood that the construction aggregate machine-made sand project started construction in May last year, and the first phase was completed and put into operation in May this year, with a total investment of 400 million yuan, with an annual output of 1.5 million tons of aggregate and machine-made sand. The project is mainly to produce building aggregate and machine-made sand by using the leftovers of limestone to produce cement, so as to improve the utilization rate of limestone and save energy. "In the past, we discarded all these leftovers, resulting in a waste of resources." Zhang Hongbin, a staff member of Qianyang Industrial Park Management Committee, said that the project is to make use of the leftovers of cement production, no waste, no waste discharge, closed transportation, no raw materials, directly into the crushing and processing production line, then into the silo, and then transported to the construction site, without pollution.
