50GW！ Trina Solar Monocrystalline Silicon Wafer Project Starts!

of August 16, the foundation laying ceremony of Trina Solar's annual production of 50GW monocrystalline silicon wafers was held in Huai'an, Jiangsu Province. The project took only 27 days from signing the contract to starting construction .

It is understood that this year, Trina Solar again dropped 10 billion yuan in Huai'an Jingkai District, and signed a new generation of 10g W high-efficiency photovoltaic cell project on April 19. On July 20, the project of 50GW monocrystalline silicon wafer was signed. Since its establishment in Huai'an Jingkai District last year, the total investment of Trina Solar Huai'an Base Project has reached 20 billion yuan . After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of about 80 billion yuan and a tax payment of more than 1.5 billion yuan. At that time, it will become the largest integrated manufacturing base of silicon wafer battery components for Trina Solar.
