Lu Jinzhong's serious violation of the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, work discipline and life discipline constitutes a serious duty violation and is suspected of bribery, and after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party, he does not converge or stop, and after the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party, he still does not know how to fear and stop, and has no scruples and intensifies, and the problem of corruption is particularly serious. In 2013, Lu Jinzhong served as the general manager of Nanning Real Estate Development Company of Zhongfang Group. After the restructuring of Nanning Rail Transit Group, he served as the party secretary and chairman of Guangxi Zhongfang Real Estate Co., Ltd. On January 16, 2019, Guangxi Zhongfang Real Estate Co., Ltd. was renamed Nanning Rail Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. and Lu Jinzhong became the party secretary and chairman of the company.
