On August 15, Inner Mongolia Dongli Photovoltaic Co., Ltd. announced the first environmental impact assessment of its high-purity polysilicon project with an annual output of 50,000 tons.
It is reported that the project was filed with the local Development and Reform Commission on April 21 this year.
The data show that the total investment of the project is 300 million yuan, the construction site is located in Inner Mongolia Bayannaoer Urat Qianqi Industrial Park, the existing factory area of Inner Mongolia Dongli Photovoltaic Co., Ltd., the construction land is reserved for the factory area of Inner Mongolia Dongli Photovoltaic Co., Ltd., and the new building area is 24654. The building area of the plant involved in the new equipment and renovation is 71452.74 ㎡, and the planned construction period is from April 2023 to April 2025.
Construction content: Relying on part of the utilities of the completed 48,000-ton polysilicon project, a new set of reduction production unit (22 new reduction furnaces with an annual output of 50,000 tons of high-purity polysilicon), a set of CDI production unit, a set of rectification production unit, a new cold hydrogenation production unit and supporting silicon powder warehouse and silicon powder conveying unit are built. Newly added trichlorosilane synthesis unit, newly added supporting facilities for utilities, including hydrogen production by water electrolysis, nitrogen production by air separation, desalted water and reclaimed water unit, newly added supporting facilities for sewage system, newly added 2 * 60t/H circulating fluidized bed boiler and supporting desulfurization and denitrification unit.
