Liu Liuyan highly affirmed the effectiveness of the unified management of river sand and gravel mining in Jiangxi Province, and did a lot of work in sand mining planning, sand mining permission, on-site supervision and illegal sand mining law enforcement mechanism, and gained a lot of experience worthy of promotion. He pointed out that the river sand and gravel resources are gradually decreasing, and under the new situation, it is more necessary to exploit them scientifically and orderly according to law.
