Recently, in Weifang City, the first pilot city of urban renewal of the Ministry of Housing and Construction, the China Construction Third Engineering Bureau consortium won the bid for the urban renewal project of Kuiwen District Affiliated Hospital, with a total investment of 9.64 billion yuan and a total construction area of 1.15 million square meters.
The project mainly includes area demolition and resettlement, development, municipal supporting facilities and other projects. After completion, it will further improve the regional infrastructure and create a new benchmark for human livability, which is of great significance to promote the economic and social development of Kuiwen District, Weifang City.
