Hunan Jinshan Cement Co., Ltd. is carrying out the transformation project of carbonated clinker and brine with an annual output of 200,000 tons in the plant area of Hunan Jinshan Cement Co., Ltd. in Hengyang Songmu Economic Development Zone. At present, Hunan Jinshan Cement Co., Ltd. has entrusted Hunan Baohua Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. to undertake the environmental impact assessment of this project, and the first information publicity is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Decree No.4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment).
