Recently, the Hubei Development and Reform Commission released the price of building materials in the Hubei market in July.

First, the monitoring data of cement price decline

shows that in July, the average prices of 42.5 strength ordinary Portland cement, 42.5 strength slag Portland cement and 52.5 strength ordinary Portland cement in the whole province are 453.07 yuan/ton, 443.75 yuan/ton and 512.50 yuan/ton respectively. On a month-on-month basis, they decreased by 3.82%, 3.24% and 3.81% respectively; on a year-on-year basis, they decreased by 11.01%, 10.93% and 10.56% respectively. II. The monitoring data of natural sand price increase and machine-made sand price decrease

show that in July, the average price of natural sand (medium-coarse sand) and machine-made sand in the whole province was 127.19 yuan/ton and 90.77 yuan/ton respectively, up 2.14% and down 0.32% respectively; Year-on-year decline: 5.23%, 4.53% respectively. III. The monitoring data of gravel price increase

shows that in July, the average price of gravel (particle size 5-16 mm) and gravel (particle size 17-31.5 mm) in the province was 81.00 yuan/ton and 86.77 yuan/ton respectively. On a month-on-month basis, it increased by 0.72% and 0.44% respectively; on a year-on-year basis, it decreased by 3.56% and 5.07% respectively. The specific price trend is shown in the figure below:
