However, we should see that these problems are phased, with the market adjustment mechanism gradually playing a role, the real estate market policy adjustment and optimization, the risk of housing enterprises is expected to be gradually resolved.
Recently, the first-tier cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen have made intensive voices, expressing the need to support and better meet the rigid and improved housing needs. Some second-tier and third-tier cities are also introducing new real estate regulation policies, and the adjustment and optimization of local real estate policies will help boost market confidence. With the improvement of economic recovery, the increase of residents'income and the effectiveness of the real estate market optimization policy, residents' housing consumption and the willingness of real estate enterprises to invest are expected to gradually improve.
Fu Linghui also said that on the issue of employment, from this year's situation, since this year, with the sustained recovery of the national economy, the stable employment policy has been effective, and the overall employment situation has improved. From the supply point of view, the supply of urban labor market has gradually increased, and the rural migrant labor force has increased over the same period last year. From the demand point of view, the labor force absorbed by the service industry has increased significantly, and the employment of accommodation, catering, transportation and tourism has increased, creating better conditions for the improvement of employment.
Judging from the situation in July, the employment situation remained stable. Influenced by seasonal factors, the national surveyed urban unemployment rate in July was 5.3%, a slight increase of 0.1 points over the previous month, but lower than same period last year, which was the same as the same period in 2019 before the epidemic. Among them, the unemployment rate of migrant agricultural household registration labor force is 4.8%, down 0.1 percentage points from last month, which is at a low level since this year, indicating that the overall employment of migrant workers tends to improve. Judging from the situation in 31 major cities, the employment situation is also improving. In July, the surveyed urban unemployment rate of 31 major cities was 5.4%, down 0.1 percentage points from the previous month.
However, we should also see that the pressure of total employment and structural problems still exist, and we need to continue to expand employment and improve the quality of employment. At the meeting of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee held in July, it was emphasized that stable employment should be raised to a strategic and overall consideration, which fully reflects the great importance attached by the Party Central Committee to the employment issue.
