Recently, the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau of Shizhong District of Jinan City issued a notice of freezing the expropriation, which determined the scope of housing expropriation for the state-owned land expropriation project of Shandong Cement Plant. The scope of expropriation of houses on the state-owned land of the project is as follows: east to the planned Fenghuang Mountain, west to Zhongqi Road, south to Dougou River and north to Jiwei Road. The specific address includes Dongshandong Cement Plant, Dangdong Village, Dangjiazhuang Town, Shizhong District, Jinan City.
Freezing period and relevant matters
Freezing period: from August 11, 2023 to August 10, 2024.
From the date of issuance of the freezing notice to the date of expiration of the freezing period, no unit or individual may build, expand, rebuild or renovate houses and appurtenances within the scope of housing expropriation, or change the use of houses and land. After the announcement of the freezing of
expropriation and before the decision on the expropriation of houses is made, the compensation fees shall not be increased for the acts specified in Article 12 of the Measures:
(1) Property division and transfer of ownership of houses;
(2) Immigration and household division of registered permanent residence. However, those who have to go through the formalities of residence registration due to reasons such as marriage, birth, return to China, retirement of servicemen from active service, and release of prisoners after serving their sentences, shall be excluded;
(3) Establishment of a new house lease relationship, and division and change of the name of a public house lease household;
(4) Registration of newly established and changed enterprises for industry and commerce, and registration of public institutions and social organizations;
(Five) other acts that lead to improper increase in compensation costs. After the
district government has made a decision on housing expropriation, the relevant departments shall suspend the business of housing property division, transfer, mortgage, establishment of a new lease relationship, separation or change of the name of the public housing tenant.
