Zhongnengjian Shijiazhuang Luquan District Photovoltaic Hydrogen Production and Hydrogen Energy Supporting Industry Project has a total investment of about 3.2 billion yuan, covering electrolytic water hydrogen production, integrated energy station and wind power photovoltaic, and is committed to promoting the establishment and operation of the Hydrogen Energy Research Institute and the promotion of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.

It is reported that the total investment of the integrated demonstration project of wind and solar hydrogen storage and comprehensive utilization of hydrogen energy is about 7.625 billion yuan, and it is planned to build a comprehensive utilization project of hydrogen energy with an annual output of 17000 tons of hydrogen and 39000 tons of synthetic ammonia. The project is divided into two phases.
